🎓 NextGen Pro School – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NextGen Pro School mobile applications and web platform, operated by NextGen Developers IT.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

🔹 1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Parents / Guardians
  • Teachers
  • Drivers & Transport Staff
  • School Administrators

Important:

  • Access to the Platform is strictly provided by the school
  • Accounts are created and managed by the school administration
  • Self-registration is not allowed
  • All access is role-based and controlled by the school

🔹 2. Purpose of the Platform

The NextGen Pro School platform is designed to support school operations, including:

Academic Management

  • Attendance tracking
  • Homework and assignment management
  • Exams, results, and assessments
  • Notices and announcements

Communication

  • School-to-parent communication
  • Teacher-to-student interaction (as enabled by the school)

Transport Support

  • Pickup and drop status updates
  • Route-based coordination

🚫 No real-time GPS tracking is used.

🔹 3. General Usage Terms

Authorized Access Only

  • Accounts are issued and managed by the school
  • Users must not share login credentials
  • Each user is responsible for activities performed under their account

User Responsibility

  • Use the platform only for educational and school-related purposes
  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • Follow school policies and instructions

🔹 4. Student Terms & Conditions

4.1 Eligibility

  • Students must be officially enrolled in a school using the platform
  • Access is allowed only under school and parental supervision

4.2 Academic Usage

Students may:

  • View homework, assignments, exams, and notices
  • Access learning materials shared by teachers
  • Submit assignments where enabled

Students must:

  • Use content strictly for educational purposes
  • Respect copyrights and school-owned material

4.3 Behavior & Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain respectful communication
  • Avoid abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior
  • Follow school digital discipline policies

🚫 Cyberbullying, harassment, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Academic Integrity

Students must not:

  • Modify attendance, marks, or records
  • Attempt to bypass system security
  • Impersonate teachers or other students

Violations may result in disciplinary action by the school.

🔹 5. Parent / Guardian Terms & Conditions

5.1 Account Access

  • Parent accounts are issued by the school
  • Access is limited to their own child’s data
  • Login credentials must remain confidential

5.2 Monitoring & Responsibility

Parents are encouraged to:

  • Monitor academic performance and attendance
  • Communicate respectfully with teachers
  • Guide children on responsible digital usage

5.3 Communication Rules

Parents may:

  • Use in-app communication for school-related purposes only

Parents must not:

  • Share internal school data publicly
  • Access another student’s information
  • Misuse school systems

🔹 6. Teacher, Driver & Staff Terms

6.1 Account & Access

  • Accounts are issued by the school
  • Credentials must be kept secure
  • Access is limited to assigned roles

6.2 Responsibilities

Teachers and staff must:

  • Maintain accurate academic and operational records
  • Use the system professionally and responsibly
  • Protect student and school information

6.3 Transport Staff

Drivers and helpers must:

  • Update pickup and drop-off status accurately
  • Follow assigned routes
  • Ensure student safety at all times

⚠️ No real-time GPS tracking is used.

🔹 7. Prohibited Activities (All Users)

Users must not:

  • Upload malware or harmful content
  • Attempt hacking or system tampering
  • Modify or delete academic data
  • Use unauthorized tools or automation
  • Share login credentials

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Restricted access
  • Disciplinary or legal action by the school

🔹 8. File Access & Permissions

The app uses a file picker system to allow users to upload or download documents such as assignments or reports.

✅ No storage permission is required
✅ Files are selected manually by the user
✅ The app does not scan or access device storage automatically

🔹 9. Data Privacy & Protection

  • No data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising
  • No behavioral tracking or profiling is performed
  • All data is protected using industry-standard security practices

Data handling complies with:

  • COPPA
  • GDPR
  • Google Play Families Policy

🔹 10. Data Retention

Data is retained:

  • While the school account remains active
  • As required by school policies or legal obligations

All academic records are controlled by the school.

🔹 11. Data Deletion Requests

Authorized users may request data deletion by emailing:
